I led strategy and brainstorming sessions to engage diverse creative audiences, along with managing video and animation vendors. I prioritized mentorship within the design and creative team to reevaluate goals and processes. Additionally, I served as the agency's creative representation for many successful new business pitches with notable wins like TikTok and more.

As a mid-level creative at the time I created landing pages, ideated video and print concepts and got to eat Stanley’s Doughnuts across the street too often. Clients included ones like Merrel and Stride Rite footwear, Second City, and Catippiller construction.

Dang, you made it all the way down here? Okay, I started my career at one of the best agencies in the game. I was a dope with a corner office. While there, I was a designer for Motorola plus a handful of new business pitches. More so, I learned everything about how full-service creative agencies operate from day to day. And, I still reflect back on that jumping-off point to my career with great gratitude and introspection of the industry.
