Originally from Chicago and Detroit, I have been in Venice CA 4 years. I began as an illustrator, then a digital designer, and then an art director, and the rest is history.

Overview
Vegas needed to adapt to a new world on social. Visitors no longer resonated the historic tagline, What Happens Here Stays Here.
Vegas today is a city where everything that happens there, resonates everywhere on social media for the 'gram-it-or-it-didn't-happen generation to see.
That’s why my team at R&R Partners evolved its iconic tagline to "What Happens Here, Only Happens Here." We developed a messaging strategy and visual language that evoked Vegas' grit and glamour in a modular structure that lent itself to strategic franchises within the marketing ecosystem.
We introduced the new line to the world.
Six weeks prior to launch, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith leaked the line at a show in Vegas and by the next day, it was worldwide news, leading many to speculate.

Aside from helping ideate the launch of the new brand,
my role was directing the refresh to the brand’s ecosystem.
